Observe Home Inspections, LLC is owned and operated by Dimitrios, a licensed Maryland home inspector and experienced construction professional with a strong civil engineering background. After more than 25 years managing and supervising residential and commercial projects, Dimitrios built Observe Home Inspections to give buyers, sellers, and investors clear, honest insight into the properties they are counting on for their future.
Originally trained and educated in civil engineering in the UK and with deep hands‑on experience in new construction and renovations, Dimitrios brings a builder’s eye and an engineer’s mindset to every inspection. Clients appreciate his calm, educational approach on site and his detailed, easy‑to‑read reports that explain not just what is wrong, but why it matters and what to consider next.
We provide home inspections for home buyers, sellers, landlords, and renters, as well as investors and property owners in Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania.
